In 2022, CommBank was named principal sponsor of SmallBiz Week, a flagship event showcasing the small business sector across three days of expos, forums, awards, seminars and networking sessions. Our challenge was to help the bank engage and attract a new generation of small business owners with a compelling suite of content and communications that would speak authentically to the issues most vital to them.

We worked with the CommBank team to design and develop a multichannel, multimedia content journey, including eDMs, digital posts, print features, video, and event signage. We identified key themes and content pillars focused on topical questions that were front of mind for business owners, from cybersecurity to consumer insights. Then we created a carefully sequenced content series to help build excitement, showcase upcoming speakers and events, share insights, celebrate award winners, and forge opportunities for meaningful conversations between the bank and its small business clients.
