CommBank Talent Management Transformation
In 2020, Australia’s largest bank launched a new, Group-wide approach to identifying and nurturing the high-performing leaders of tomorrow. Among other aims, their refreshed approach was designed to create a stronger employee value proposition (EVP), supporting ongoing organisational development and embodying the Group’s DEI principles.
We worked with the HR team to create a comprehensive strategy to communicate the principles and details of the program to leaders and stakeholders across the group. Then we brought that strategy to life, with leader videos and emails, inspiring stories, and a structured series of communications to help staff across the business put the new program into practice.
