Group insurance RFP response 2023
In 2023, a major international insurer asked for our help responding to a group insurance RFP from a top five Australian super fund. Our brief was to co-ordinate and polish contributions from stakeholders across the business, creating a compelling overarching narrative. Their aim: to go beyond the numbers by articulating the real human impact of group insurance and the security it brings.
We also worked with our client’s digital and video agencies to deliver their proposal as an interactive, multimedia microsite, designing the content to present a consistent and engaging story, no matter which pathway readers chose to follow. And their offer was supported by a suite of white label member support and educational resources, also developed by Crafted.
