Super fund communications transformation
Following a series of mergers, a top 10 Australian super fund was undertaking a major, multi-year project to integrate multiple administration systems and onboard hundreds of thousands of new members. That included migrating, rebranding and revitalising communications, now managed through a single platform.
Their ambition was to set a new standard for super member communications in Australia, speaking with clarity, honesty and authenticity.
A dedicated group of Crafted writers and editors worked as an integral part of the fund’s project team, creating a fresh, new voice for the brand. Over more than 18 months, we analysed, simplified and transformed dozens of client communications, translating often highly technical messages into clear, compelling copy. As part of the process, we created clear writing guidelines and shared our expertise to help internal staff create new communications while maintaining the brand’s distinctive voice.
